- We will then come back to you with further instructions and do what we can to resolve any issus.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

Exchanges:
To carry out an exchange, the most efficient way would be to return your initial item, and once it is accepted - please make a separate order for your new purchase.
